Process

1. Obtain application form (online or campus)

Prospective applicants are required to obtain the official application form either through the university’s online portal or by visiting the admissions office on campus. Candidates must ensure that they carefully read and understand all instructions provided in the form before completing it, as inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the admission process.

Applicants must provide their West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results, typically with a minimum of five credit passes, including English Language. These results serve as the primary basis for academic eligibility, and candidates are advised to ensure that their subject combinations align with the requirements of their chosen program of study.

Depending on the program applied for, candidates may be required to sit for an entrance examination or attend an interview. This process allows the institution to further assess the applicant’s academic preparedness, communication skills, and suitability for the chosen field, particularly in competitive or professional programs.

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee as specified by the institution. Payment is usually made through designated bank accounts or approved payment platforms. Proof of payment must be attached to the application form, as failure to do so may result in the application not being processed.

After submission and review of applications, successful candidates will be shortlisted and their names published on the official admission list. Applicants are advised to regularly check the university’s website or notice boards for updates. Once admitted, candidates must proceed with registration within the stipulated time frame to secure their place.
